Aspropyrgos F.C. Academy

An organised, safe and modern football education environment for children and teenagers aged 3–17.

ASPROPYRGOS F.C. ACADEMY

Developing players. Building character.

Our Academy provides an organised, safe and modern football education environment for children and teenagers aged 3–17.

With training tailored to each age group, we help young players develop their technical and match skills while building values that stay with them on and off the pitch.

“Developing players. Building character.”
OUR PHILOSOPHY

The child comes first. Then the athlete.

At our Academy, football is a tool for education, development and character building.

Our goal is not only to improve players on the pitch, but also to cultivate respect, discipline, cooperation, responsibility and team spirit.

Every training session is designed around the age and needs of the players, combining learning with the joy of the game and steady progress.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Strong foundations today

The training process is organised according to each player’s age, level and stage of development.

Through modern and progressive training methods, children improve their technique, game understanding, physical condition and ability to work within the team.

Development is gradual, without pressure or haste, so every child can build strong foundations, confidence and a love for football.

EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT

A complete approach

Player evaluation and development

Each child’s progress is monitored consistently according to age, level and individual development pace.

The purpose of evaluation is not to compare children, but to identify each player’s strengths and needs so they receive the right guidance.

“Every child develops at their own pace with the right guidance.”
Matches and competitions

Participation in matches and competitions is an important part of the educational process, giving children the opportunity to apply what they learn and gain valuable experience.

Winning is always enjoyable, but more important is how children compete, respect opponents and learn from every experience.

Safety and a positive environment

Creating a safe, organised and supportive environment is a core priority. Children should feel free to try, make mistakes, learn and develop without fear or excessive pressure.

Working with parents

Healthy development requires steady and meaningful cooperation between the Academy, coaches and families, with open communication, mutual respect and clear roles.

Code of conduct and values

Respect, consistency, cooperation, responsibility and good conduct are fundamental. Effort, accepting mistakes, supporting teammates and respecting opponents and referees are just as important as sporting performance.

From the Academy to the men’s team

Players who demonstrate the right development, consistency and readiness may gain opportunities to experience the men’s team environment without rushing or skipping essential stages.

Health, wellbeing and prevention

Proper athletic development requires care for each child’s physical and mental wellbeing, appropriate workload management, sufficient recovery and responsible communication with parents.

Schedule and practical information

The weekly schedule is set by age group. Parents are informed promptly about changes, matches, events and special activities. Players arrive on time with appropriate clothing and equipment.
